This time instead of the van batteries, I used my old Dell Optiplex, built-in 2002 that has a metal case and weighs I'd guess about 20 lbs or so and held it over my head to absorb some of the microwave beam. Then I turned on the overhead ceiling fan and thankfully, it broke up some of the beam. I made Judah's microwave beam have a spot in it that whirled like the ceiling fan. Then at 2.03, it seemed the beam was off and so I took the computer off my head, half was sitting on the top of the couch I was sitting on, but then when trying to read the writing on the computer case, couldn't read it, the beam was still on, though not as intense. So put the computer back on the head and turned the ceiling fan on until 2.14, and the beam was totally gone then.
The ceiling fan blades are wooden, but the holders for the blades are metal and presumably, that is what put a bit of static that did affect the beam. Will get aluminum foil and put it on the wood blades and see if that does better at interfering with the beam if workers do not get them stopped before they shoot me again with it. Hopefully, prayerfully, you'll have the paper this week.
